Customer Ralph reported that on November 9, 2022, he sought the services of

 The Workforce Connection located in Rockford Illinois.

 

Ralph's "Testimonial" here states that some employee named Matt Baptist of TWC (The Workforce Connection) PILFERED ALL of the signed records right off the table!

 

 Agent for TWC Matt Baptist's job description is called a Career Planner.

But customer Ralph reported that M. Baptist acted more like a "Rockford Used Car Dealer", than an actual Career Planner Agent
