34 Year Member Of  IBEW Local 124

The year was 1975.  I was so proud that I had just taken the

"Oath of Obligation" as a new IBEW Local 124 Union Member.

​

"I was swiftly congratulated by this Powerful Union Dude, but much to my surprise

I then felt a really sharp and deep burning pain in my back"

This really sharp and very deep burning pain would never leave me for as long as I was a member of this

Rag Tag IBEW 124 Kansas City Bunch.

Without delay IBEW Local 124 began to ZERO IN on my Wallet.

​

I set out to pay my Kansas City Local 124 Monthly Union Dues for some 34 Years.

​

I never, ever, left the Local 124 Membership. (Until 2009)

 

The 6% Union Working Dues was removed from my earned wages by the Employer, and then sent on to the Union as a TAX.

​

Then came the ultimate

" Razzle Dazzle Type Kansas City Union Swindle "

 

Kansas City IBEW 124 took all of this mentioned money, but they wouldn't let me sign the "Local Out of Work Book" like the rest of the out of work Kansas City Members.

Then . . . on top of that, I found out that IBEW Local 124 Was Pocketing Years and Years of My Pension Contributions Monies for Themselves

 

I will never forget that it took an Act of Congress and a Presidential signature back in the 1980s to pass a law just to STOP Unscrupulous Unions from ripping me and other Members off, Unions screwing us out of our

Pension Contribution Dollars

Unions were now angry that their free money cash flow into

"The Plan"

from"suckers" (members not vested) was now under some kind of ERISA governmental control,

and the years and years of Blood Sucking Gravy Train was over for the Union 

​

My Brother Paul, He Also Got Conned Out of His Pension Contributions as Well

​

It Was a Sad IBEW Union Problem

A total of 2/3 of my family got ripped off this way
