Step #3 The AFL-CIO extracts or is just given the member's name and address from the
INTERNATIONAL IBEW (the 3rd host)
Step #4.1 The Capital One Bank signs and makes some agreement,
then extracts the Original Host Member's
name and address from the
AFL-CIO (the 4th host)
Step #4.2 Capital One Bank uses the membership data for mailing typical junk mail including the marketing of credit card, and other financial products

The above, published that for the year ending June 30 2023 the International Union recognized as revenue: $621,020.
Divide the $$$ Amount of Royalty Income ($621,020) by the number of Members from Schedule 13 taken from:
Form LM-2 from US Department of Labor (LM-2 enter 1. File Number 000-116),
SCHEDULE 13 MEMBERSHIP STATUS: reveals that the IBEW Intl. reported 702,079 Total Members/Fee Payers
$621,020 / 702,079 = 0.88454433 which is: 88 1/2 Cents Per Member on the list

I don't use the services 0f Union Plus (Union Minus)
AKA ELECTRICAL WORKERS MASTERCARD anymore.
They stink.
I found this out the hard way.
Reason: On June 06, 2022, I was notified by a Federal Court that:
I was part of a Settlement Class Member because I was among the approximately 98 million U.S. residents identified by Capital One whose information was accessed in the Capital One Data Breach.
What was this lawsuit about?
In July 2019, Capital One announced that it had been the victim of a criminal cyberattack on its systems.
The attacker gained unauthorized access to the personal information of approximately 98 million U.S. consumers. The specific information accessed for each person included some combination of
People’s names, addresses, zip codes/postal codes, phone numbers, email addresses, dates of birth, self-reported income, credit scores, credit limits, balances, payment history, contact data, and/or fragments of transaction data from a total of 23 days during 2016, 2017 and 2018.
In addition, about 120,000 Social Security numbers and 80,000 linked bank account numbers were accessed.

I can't trust Capital One Bank.
Capital One FAILED To take the needed precautions to SECURE MY DATA
The High Interest Rates at UnionPlus (Union Minus) makes them a Non Starter as well
